Flatbed Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs In Lawtey, FL
HMD Trucking is hiring qualified OTR Solo CDL A Flatbed Drivers to transport freight nationwide. We offer excellent mileage pay starting at $0.65 per mile, performance bonuses (+$0.05 CPM for safety and productivity), and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
As a driver, you will have access to our fleet of modern trucks, which include:
- APUs for comfort during your journey
- Inverters for device charging
- Sleeper cabs for overnight accommodations
- Removable rider seats
- Complete in-house maintenance support
You'll be paid for every haul, whether it requires a tarp or not, and enjoy regular home time. Our benefits package includes health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k).

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
