Flatbed Company Driver W2 Truck Driving Jobs In Lutz, FL
HMD Trucking is searching for experienced OTR Solo CDL A Flatbed Drivers to haul freight nationwide. We offer competitive mileage pay starting at $0.65 per mile, alongside performance bonuses of $0.05 CPM for safety and productivity, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
Our drivers enjoy:
- Access to a modern fleet of over 500 trucks equipped with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleeper cabs
- Full in-house maintenance support and removable rider seats
You will be compensated for every haul, whether or not tarping is needed, and enjoy regular home time. Our benefits package includes health, dental, vision coverage, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
