Flatbed Company Driver (W-2) - Shreveport, LA
HMD Trucking is hiring dedicated OTR Solo CDL A Flatbed Drivers to transport freight across the nation. We offer competitive mileage pay starting at $0.65 per mile, with performance bonuses of $0.05 CPM for safe and productive driving, plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
We Provide:
- A modern fleet of over 500 trucks, all equipped with APUs, inverters, sleeper cabs, and removable rider seats, along with comprehensive in-house maintenance support.
- Paid for every haul, regardless of whether tarping is involved.
- Regular home time, plus a robust benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k).
Requirements:
- Class A CDL is a must.
- Minimum of 12 months OTR flatbed driving experience required.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.65 base + $0.5 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
