Flatbed Company Driver (W-2) - Silvis, IL
HMD Trucking is on the lookout for experienced OTR Solo CDL A Flatbed Drivers to haul freight nationwide. We offer impressive mileage pay starting at $0.65 per mile, performance bonuses of $0.05 CPM for safety/productivity, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
As part of our team, you will enjoy:
- A modern fleet of over 500 trucks equipped with APUs, inverters, sleeper cabs, and removable rider seats.
- Comprehensive in-house maintenance support to ensure your vehicle is always in top condition.
- Regular home time and pay for every haul (tarp or not).

If you have a Class A CDL and a minimum of 12 months of OTR flatbed experience, join HMD for a fulfilling career that emphasizes safety and success.
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.65 base + $0.5 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
