Flatbed Company Driver (W-2) - Webster City, IA
Join HMD Trucking as we seek experienced OTR Solo CDL A Flatbed Drivers to haul freight nationwide. Our competitive mileage pay starts at $0.65 per mile, coupled with performance bonuses (+$0.05 CPM for safety/productivity) and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

- Access to a fleet of modern trucks (over 500 vehicles) with APUs, inverters, sleeper cabs, and removable rider seats.
- Comprehensive in-house maintenance support to keep you on the road.
- Paid for every haul, whether tarping is required or not.
- Regular home time and a full benefits package, including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k).
Qualifications:
- Must possess a Class A CDL.
- Minimum of 12 months of OTR flatbed experience.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- $2,500 sign-on bonus
- CPM $0.65 base + $0.5 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights home

- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
