Operating from Alabaster, AL, this lease-purchase flatbed role with Eclectic Logistics provides a supportive environment and a pathway to owning your truck within a year. Expect to focus on secure freight transport, timely deliveries, and equipment upkeep.

Compensation & Equipment:

80% of gross pay with weekly gross typically $7,500–$10,000.
Drive late-model 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, or Freightliner equipment; 90-day test drive available.

Core Responsibilities:

Tarping, load securement, and safe handling of flatbed shipments.
Complete pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs.
Keep compliant logs, follow DOT requirements, and communicate with dispatch.

Pet and rider friendly, backed by 24/7 driver support and a structured lease-to-own program.
