OTR Flatbed Lease-purchase Job in Ardmore, OK by Eclectic Logistics

Operating out of Ardmore, OK, Eclectic Logistics offers lease-purchase flatbed drivers a supportive fleet with flexible routes and an emphasis on driver satisfaction. You will be responsible for moving flatbed freight safely, securing loads properly, and meeting scheduled delivery windows.

Core Responsibilities:

• Drive flatbed tractor-trailers and conduct meticulous pre/post-trip and equipment inspections.
• Secure freight using industry-standard chains, straps, tarps, and binders.
• Maintain trip records, report equipment concerns, and coordinate with dispatch.
• Comply with DOT and state safety and operational regulations.

This role provides an 80% gross pay split with typical weekly gross of $7,500–$10,000, a lease-to-own path to ownership within about a year, quality 2019–2020 equipment, pet/rider-friendly policy, 24/7 support, and a 90-day test drive.
