Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of CDL-A experience
- Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
- No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
- No more than one accident (last 3 years)
- No more than 3 job changes per year
- No positive drug results in the past - no refusal
- Medical card

- 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner trucks, typically with over 450,000 miles
- Weekly Gross:$7,500–$10,000 average to truck
- Trailer Rent:$500 Conestoga / $375 Aluminum Open / $300 Combo Open
- Fixed Weekly Deductions: $250 Insurance (Liability + Cargo), $60 IRP, $70 OCC/ELD, $5 PrePass, $2,500 security deposit (split over 10 checks, refundable), $1,500 trailer security deposit (split over 10 checks)

- Pilot/Flying J fuel card required
- Quarterly equipment inspections

Vacancy description
Eclectic Logistics is a driver-focused carrier delivering reliable service and flexible opportunities. Operating out of Arlington, you'll work as a lease-purchase flatbed driver securing and hauling freight on regional assignments, completing DOT-compliant logs, and performing systematic inspections.
Compensation & equipment:
- Earn 80% of gross with expected weekly gross of $7,500–$10,000.
- Access a lease-to-own program enabling ownership within one year; equipment includes 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner tractors.
Support & expectations:
- Pet- and rider-friendly policy, 24/7 support, structured pre/post-trip inspections, and a 90-day test drive to confirm suitability.
