- No more than one accident (last 3 years)

- Fixed Weekly Deductions: $250 Insurance (Liability + Cargo), $60 IRP, $70 OCC/ELD, $5 PrePass, $2,500 security deposit (split over 10 checks, refundable), $1,500 trailer security deposit (split over 10 checks)

Vacancy description
Eclectic Logistics is recruiting lease-purchase flatbed drivers in Blue Springs, MO, offering a driver-centric culture and flexible hauling opportunities. Operate newer tractors (2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, Freightliner) on regional and longer runs as you build toward ownership.
Pay & program: Earn 80% of gross with weekly gross typically between $7,500 and $10,000. Lease-to-own can lead to ownership within one year and includes a 90-day test drive.
Primary duties:
- Load securement, tarping, and safe transport of flatbed freight.
- Conduct thorough equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks.
- Keep accurate logbooks and comply with DOT and company policies.
