Eclectic Logistics seeks lease-purchase flatbed drivers in Cape Girardeau, MO offering a direct route to ownership within one year. The role focuses on regional flatbed operations, safe transport of construction materials and machinery, and maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations.

Compensation & Equipment: Take home 80% of gross with weekly averages of $7,500–$10,000 and access 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, or Freightliner equipment through our lease-to-own program.

Responsibilities:

Conduct vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
Apply industry-standard tarping, chaining, and load securement.
Keep accurate logs, paperwork, and clear dispatch communication.
