- No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
- No more than one accident (last 3 years)
- No more than 3 job changes per year

- Weekly Gross:$7,500–$10,000 average to truck
- Trailer Rent:$500 Conestoga / $375 Aluminum Open / $300 Combo Open
- Fixed Weekly Deductions: $250 Insurance (Liability + Cargo), $60 IRP, $70 OCC/ELD, $5 PrePass, $2,500 security deposit (split over 10 checks, refundable), $1,500 trailer security deposit (split over 10 checks)

Compensation & Equipment: Take home 80% of gross with weekly averages of $7,500–$10,000 and access 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, or Freightliner equipment through our lease-to-own program.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
- Apply industry-standard tarping, chaining, and load securement.
- Keep accurate logs, paperwork, and clear dispatch communication.
Enjoy a pet and rider-friendly policy, responsive 24/7 support, organized inspections, and a 90-day test drive to confirm fit.
