Join Eclectic Logistics in Charleston, SC for a lease-purchase flatbed role that balances independent driving with strong company support. You'll operate modern tractors and flatbeds, focusing on proper load securement, tarping, and safe freight handling while following DOT and ELD protocols.

Primary responsibilities:

Safely transport and secure flatbed loads; perform tarping as required.
Complete pre/post-trip inspections, maintain accurate logs and paperwork.
Communicate with dispatch and execute efficient drop-and-hook and routing.

The pay structure delivers 80% of gross with weekly gross averaging $7,500 to $10,000 and a lease-to-own plan to achieve ownership in one year. Fleet includes 2019-2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner rigs. Drivers benefit from a pet/rider policy, 24/7 support, formal inspection processes, and a 90-day test drive.
