This lease-purchase flatbed position offers 80% of gross pay and typical weekly gross earnings of $7,500–$10,000, plus a lease-to-own path to 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, or Freightliner units within one year.

Your Responsibilities:

Operate and care for flatbed tractor-trailers, secure loads, and perform tarping and load securement.
Execute detailed pre- and post-trip inspections and document maintenance needs.
Maintain accurate trip records, coordinate with dispatch, and meet delivery schedules.
Provide professional customer service while complying with company safety standards.

Enjoy pet- and rider-friendly rules, round-the-clock driver support, clear inspection procedures, and a 90-day test drive to evaluate the match.
