Eclectic Logistics offers a driver-focused lease-purchase flatbed opportunity in Columbia, SC that emphasizes flexibility, safety, and long-term earning potential. You will run regional and over-the-road flatbed routes, handle load securement and tarping, and maintain compliance with DOT and ELD requirements.

Key duties:

Execute safe transportation of flatbed freight, secure loads, and manage tarping.
Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections, document logs and BOLs.
Coordinate with dispatch for routing, drop-and-hook, and deadhead management.

Compensation pays 80% of gross (weekly gross averaging $7,500 to $10,000) with a lease-to-own path to ownership in one year. Equipment includes 2019-2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner models. Pet/rider-friendly, 24/7 support, structured inspections, and a 90-day test drive are available.
