Operating from Cuyahoga Falls, OH, Eclectic Logistics offers a lease-purchase flatbed position with strong driver support and flexible routing. Move flatbed freight on regional and long-haul runs while building equity toward ownership.

Your Responsibilities:

Secure loads, apply tarps and fasten cargo to flatbed standards.
Perform thorough pre/post-trip and equipment inspections regularly.
Keep detailed logs and coordinate with dispatch and 24/7 support.
Meet delivery schedules and ensure freight integrity.
