Eclectic Logistics seeks lease-purchase flatbed drivers in Fond du Lac, WI to combine competitive pay with a short-term ownership track. Drivers run flatbed lanes regionally and OTR, perform professional load securement, and adhere to DOT and company electronic logging standards.

Primary responsibilities:

Execute comprehensive pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks.
Safely secure, haul, and deliver flatbed freight across assigned routes.
Maintain precise logs, shipping documentation, and communication with dispatch.

You retain 80% of gross with average weekly gross of $7,500–$10,000 and may attain ownership within a year via our lease-to-own plan. Perks include pet/rider-friendly policies, 24/7 support, structured inspections, well-maintained 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner units, and a 90-day test drive.
