Eclectic Logistics is hiring for a lease-purchase flatbed opportunity serving Gary, IN that emphasizes driver-focused operations and a route to ownership. Expect regional and long-haul flatbed assignments requiring expert load securement, cargo handling, and adherence to safety and logbook requirements.

Responsibilities:

Execute secure flatbed deliveries and meet industry load securement standards.
Conduct thorough pre-trip/post-trip inspections and report equipment issues.
Maintain accurate records, coordinate with dispatch, and meet delivery windows.

What we provide: 80% of gross pay (weekly averages $7,500–$10,000), lease-to-own in one year, 2019–2020 Peterbilt/Kenworth/Freightliner equipment, pet & rider-friendly policy, 24/7 support, and a 90-day test drive.
