Requirements

  • Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
  • No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
  • No more than one accident (last 3 years)
  • No more than 3 job changes per year
  • No positive drug results in the past - no refusal
  • Medical card

  • Fixed Weekly Deductions: $250 Insurance (Liability + Cargo), $60 IRP, $70 OCC/ELD, $5 PrePass, $2,500 security deposit (split over 10 checks, refundable), $1,500 trailer security deposit (split over 10 checks)

Vacancy description

Join Eclectic Logistics in Gwynn Oak, MD as a Lease-Purchase Flatbed Driver. Handle regional flatbed freight on premium trucks with flexible schedules and full backing.

What You’ll Do:

  • Inspect tractor and trailer on every trip
  • Secure loads with straps, chains, and tarps
  • Maintain ELD logs and comply with HOS rules
  • Communicate with dispatch and clients
  • Ensure safety and compliance standards
