Eclectic Logistics is a progressive transportation provider focused on dependable service and a driver-first culture in Indianapolis, IN. As a lease-purchase flatbed operator you'll run regional and national lanes, manage flatbed loads, perform tarping and load securement, and ensure timely deliveries while maintaining accurate logs and routine vehicle inspections.

Your Responsibilities:

Secure, tarp, and transport diverse flatbed freight safely.
Complete pre/post-trip and equipment inspections; report issues.
Coordinate with dispatch and comply with DOT regulations.

What you’ll gain:
