Eclectic Logistics seeks lease-purchase flatbed drivers in Kalamazoo, MI who value a supportive carrier and a clear path to equipment ownership. Expect a mix of regional and OTR lanes, focusing on safe load handling and professional customer contact.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate flatbed rigs and adhere to HOS, logbooks, and dispatch instructions.
Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and liaise with maintenance.
Secure loads with chains, straps and tarps; ensure proper paperwork and weight compliance.
Maintain timely communication with dispatch and receivers.

Pay & Program Details: Drivers receive 80% of gross (avg. $7,500–$10,000 weekly gross). Lease-to-own within one year; equipment includes 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth and Freightliner. 24/7 support and a 90-day test drive are provided.
