Join Eclectic Logistics in Kokomo, IN as a lease-purchase flatbed operator running 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth and Freightliner equipment. This position requires professional flatbed handling, diligent inspections, and close coordination with dispatch to keep freight moving safely and on schedule.

Your Responsibilities:

Operate and care for your flatbed tractor-trailer.
Secure, tarpaulin and protect diverse loads following industry practices.
Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs.
Communicate with dispatch and support to manage routing and timing.

Perks & Pay: Earn 80% of gross (avg. $7,500–$10,000/wk), access a lease-to-own option within a year, a 90-day test drive, pet/rider-friendly policies, and 24/7 driver support.
