Eclectic Logistics provides a lease-purchase flatbed position in Lafayette, LA, focused on driver-centric policies and reliable freight opportunities. You’ll transport flatbed consignments regionally, prioritize securement, and ensure punctual deliveries.

Your Responsibilities:

Safely operate flatbed equipment for regional and local hauls.
Perform thorough pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance items.
Secure cargo to DOT standards, maintain detailed logs, and coordinate with dispatch for routing.

This opportunity features an 80% gross split (weekly gross typically $7,500–$10,000), a one-year lease-to-own program, late-model 2019–2020 tractors, pet/rider-friendly rules, 24/7 support, and a 90-day test drive.
