- Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
- No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
- No more than one accident (last 3 years)
- No more than 3 job changes per year
- No positive drug results in the past - no refusal

- Weekly Gross:$7,500–$10,000 average to truck
- Trailer Rent:$500 Conestoga / $375 Aluminum Open / $300 Combo Open
- Fixed Weekly Deductions: $250 Insurance (Liability + Cargo), $60 IRP, $70 OCC/ELD, $5 PrePass, $2,500 security deposit (split over 10 checks, refundable), $1,500 trailer security deposit (split over 10 checks)

Eclectic Logistics presents a lease-purchase flatbed opportunity in Lee's Summit, MO that pairs flexible runs with a driver-focused culture. Drive regional and long-haul flatbed freight in late-model equipment (2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, Freightliner) while you progress toward ownership.
Compensation: Earn 80% of gross; typical weekly gross ranges $7,500–$10,000. Lease-to-own available with ownership possible within one year; a 90-day test drive is offered.
Daily responsibilities:
- Secure, tarp, and transport flatbed loads safely and on schedule.
- Perform pre/post-trip and equipment inspections and document findings.
- Maintain accurate logs and comply with DOT and company safety standards.
