Eclectic Logistics invites experienced flatbed drivers to a lease-purchase role that pairs strong pay with an ownership track. You’ll earn 80% of gross, with weekly gross averages of $7,500–$10,000, and can transition to ownership in about a year using 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner equipment.

What you’ll do day-to-day:

Drive flatbed tractor-trailer units, secure and protect loads for transit, and execute tarping and chain-down procedures
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and complete required logs
Coordinate with dispatch to meet delivery schedules
