At Eclectic Logistics in Mount Pleasant, SC, this lease-purchase flatbed role combines modern equipment with a driver-first culture. You'll handle flatbed load securement, tarping, and freight handling while keeping accurate logs and adhering to DOT/ELD standards across local and regional routes.

Core responsibilities:

Secure and transport flatbed freight safely; perform tarping and load checks.
Complete diligent pre-trip and post-trip inspections and required paperwork.
Liaise with dispatch for routing, drop-and-hook ops, and efficient lane planning.

The compensation offers 80% of gross with weekly gross averaging $7,500 to $10,000 and a lease-to-own track to ownership in one year. Fleet options include 2019-2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner equipment. The program is pet/rider-friendly, backed by 24/7 support, structured inspections, and a 90-day test drive.
