Eclectic Logistics seeks lease-purchase flatbed drivers in Noblesville, IN to operate late-model Peterbilt, Kenworth and Freightliner tractors (2019–2020). The role focuses on consistent, safe flatbed operations, meticulous equipment checks, and effective collaboration with dispatch for timely deliveries.

Your Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain assigned flatbed tractor-trailer.
Secure and tarp loads to industry standards and ensure cargo integrity.
Complete thorough pre/post-trip inspections and required trip documentation.
Stay in contact with dispatch and utilize company support when needed.

Highlights: You receive 80% of gross (typical weekly gross $7,500–$10,000), a one-year lease-to-own path, a 90-day test drive, pet/rider-friendly policies, and 24/7 driver support.
