Expect to manage flatbed loads, ensure securement and tarping, and comply with DOT, ELD, and safety protocols while running regional and long-haul lanes.

What you'll do:

Load securement, tarping, and safe transport of flatbed freight.
Conduct pre-trip/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate trip documentation.
Work with dispatch on routing, drop-and-hook, and minimizing deadhead miles.

Drivers earn 80% of gross with weekly gross averaging $7,500 to $10,000 and can enter a lease-to-own program to reach ownership in one year. Equipment includes 2019-2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner models; benefits include pet/rider-friendly policies, 24/7 support, structured inspections, and a 90-day test drive.
