Eclectic Logistics cultivates a flexible, driver-centered operation in Oshkosh, WI. In this lease-purchase flatbed position you will operate modern tractors, secure and tarp freight, and execute safe, timely deliveries while following company and regulatory protocols.

Your Responsibilities:

Secure and transport flatbed freight using industry-standard techniques.
Perform routine pre/post-trip and equipment inspections.
Keep accurate logs and adhere to DOT and company procedures.
Communicate with dispatch and access 24/7 support as needed.

This opportunity offers 80% of gross pay with weekly gross typically $7,500–$10,000 and a lease-to-own path to ownership within one year. Equipment includes 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner. A pet/rider-friendly policy and 90-day test drive are provided.
