- Minimum 3 months of flatbed experience
- No more than two moving violations (last 3 years)
- No more than one accident (last 3 years)
- No more than 3 job changes per year
- No positive drug results in the past - no refusal

- Weekly Gross:$7,500–$10,000 average to truck
- Trailer Rent:$500 Conestoga / $375 Aluminum Open / $300 Combo Open
- Fixed Weekly Deductions: $250 Insurance (Liability + Cargo), $60 IRP, $70 OCC/ELD, $5 PrePass, $2,500 security deposit (split over 10 checks, refundable), $1,500 trailer security deposit (split over 10 checks)

Eclectic Logistics delivers driver-focused, flexible lease-purchase flatbed roles in Portsmouth, VA, blending quality service with opportunities for ownership. Operate 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner equipment, work toward owning your truck within a year, and earn 80% of gross with weekly grosses typically between $7,500 and $10,000.
Primary responsibilities:
- Safely operate flatbed units and secure freight to accepted industry standards.
- Perform and document pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections.
- Coordinate with dispatch and use company systems for route and load management.
The company supports drivers with a pet and rider-friendly policy, 24/7 assistance, and a 90-day test drive.
