Compensation & Equipment:

Earn 80% of gross; weekly gross typically ranges $7,500–$10,000.
Lease-to-own program designed to achieve ownership within 1 year.
Drive late-model 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner equipment.

Core duties:

Safely operate flatbed trailers and execute professional load securement and tarping.
Complete pre/post-trip and routine equipment inspections.
Deliver freight on schedule and maintain clear communication with operations.

You’ll have access to pet/rider-friendly policies, 24/7 support, and a 90-day test drive to confirm the fit.
