Eclectic Logistics operates as a progressive, driver-focused carrier serving Saint Albans and beyond. In this lease-purchase flatbed role you'll manage load securement, tarping, and oversized freight across regional lanes while maintaining accurate electronic logs and meeting delivery schedules.

Key responsibilities:

Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report equipment issues.
Secure cargo with chains, binders, and tarps, following DOT and industry best practices.
Coordinate with dispatch, track routes, and keep precise logbook and shipment documentation.

The compensation is 80% of gross with average weekly gross of $7,500-$10,000, plus a lease-to-own program to gain ownership within one year. Equipment includes 2019-2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner trucks, a 90-day test drive, pet/rider-friendly rules, 24/7 support, and routine equipment inspections.
