- No more than one accident (last 3 years)
- No more than 3 job changes per year

- Fixed Weekly Deductions: $250 Insurance (Liability + Cargo), $60 IRP, $70 OCC/ELD, $5 PrePass, $2,500 security deposit (split over 10 checks, refundable), $1,500 trailer security deposit (split over 10 checks)

Vacancy description
Join Eclectic Logistics in Saint Charles, MO for a lease-purchase flatbed position that balances competitive pay and a supportive environment. You will haul flatbed freight using 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, or Freightliner tractors while advancing toward equipment ownership.
Compensation: Receive 80% of gross with typical weekly gross of $7,500–$10,000. The lease-to-own pathway targets ownership within one year and includes a 90-day test drive.
Responsibilities:
- Secure and transport flatbed loads, perform tarping and load securement.
- Execute pre/post-trip and routine equipment inspections.
- Maintain accurate logs and adhere to DOT safety standards.
