Eclectic Logistics is hiring in Sheboygan, WI for lease-purchase flatbed drivers who want strong pay and a route to ownership. You'll run regional and long-haul flatbed work, secure loads properly, and follow DOT and company logging procedures to ensure safe deliveries.

Primary responsibilities:

Conduct detailed pre-trip and post-trip inspections and routine checks.
Secure cargo, operate flatbed equipment, and complete deliveries on schedule.
Keep accurate logs, manifests, and clear communication with dispatch.

Compensation is 80% of gross with average weekly gross of $7,500–$10,000 and a lease-to-own opportunity within a year. Drivers benefit from pet/rider-friendly rules, 24/7 support, formal equipment inspection processes, modern 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner rigs, plus a 90-day test drive.
