Eclectic Logistics offers a lease-purchase flatbed driving role based in Shreveport, LA, combining competitive earnings with a supportive operations team. Drivers handle flatbed loads across regional lanes, focusing on safe handling and on-time service.

Your Responsibilities:

Safely operate flatbed equipment for local and longer regional shipments.
Perform and document pre- and post-trip inspections; report defects promptly.
Ensure proper cargo securement to DOT standards, maintain logs, and coordinate with dispatch.

This position provides an 80% gross split (expected weekly gross $7,500–$10,000), a lease-to-own path within a year, recent 2019–2020 tractors, pet/rider-friendly policies, 24/7 support, and a 90-day test drive.
