Eclectic Logistics provides a modern, driver-first operation servicing regional and national lanes out of South Charleston, WV. As a lease-purchase flatbed operator, you'll haul heavy and oversized freight, perform securement and tarping, and keep compliant electronic logs while running scheduled routes.

Key responsibilities:

Perform pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
Secure flatbed loads using chains, binders and tarps; adhere to DOT load securement rules.
Communicate with dispatch, manage delivery windows, and maintain accurate logbook records.

This position pays 80% of gross with typical weekly gross of $7,500-$10,000 and includes a lease-to-own path to ownership in one year. Drivers use 2019-2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner units, receive a 90-day test drive, and have pet/rider-friendly policies plus 24/7 support and structured equipment inspections.
