Eclectic Logistics is seeking lease-purchase flatbed drivers in Towson, MD who want excellent pay and a path to ownership. Drivers earn 80% of gross, with weekly gross commonly between $7,500 and $10,000, and can enter a lease-to-own program aimed at ownership within a year.

Your responsibilities:

• Operate flatbed trucks to move freight safely and efficiently.
• Secure cargo with tarps and tie-downs, ensuring compliance with load safety standards.
• Conduct comprehensive pre/post-trip inspections and report any issues.
• Communicate with dispatch and use our 24/7 support resources to keep operations smooth.
