Eclectic Logistics delivers a supportive, flexible work environment for drivers based in Vienna, WV. As a lease-purchase flatbed driver you'll be responsible for transporting and securing heavy or oversized loads, performing tarping and load securement, and maintaining compliant electronic logs on regional and long-haul lanes.

Key responsibilities:

Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and handle routine equipment care.
Secure flatbed freight using chains, binders and tarps; follow DOT regulations and safety protocols.
Maintain timely deliveries, collaborate with dispatch, and document trips accurately.

This role offers 80% of gross pay with weekly gross typically between $7,500 and $10,000, plus a one-year lease-to-own path to ownership. Drivers operate 2019-2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth, and Freightliner units, can take a 90-day test drive, and benefit from pet/rider-friendly policies, 24/7 support, and structured inspections.
