Eclectic Logistics offers a lease-purchase flatbed position in Waterford, MI aimed at drivers who want flexibility and a route to ownership. The role involves hauling flatbed freight with emphasis on cargo security, timely deliveries and professional representation of the carrier.

Essential tasks:

Operate flatbed equipment safely and comply with HOS and logbook requirements.
Perform pre- and post-trip inspections; report and track maintenance.
Secure and tarp loads to industry standards; manage load planning and paperwork.
Maintain clear communication with dispatch and customers.

Compensation & Ownership Path: Earn 80% of gross with average weekly gross of $7,500–$10,000. Lease-to-own in one year; operate 2019–2020 Peterbilt, Kenworth or Freightliner. Drivers have access to 24/7 support, a pet/rider-friendly policy and a 90-day test drive.
