Eclectic Logistics presents a lease-purchase flatbed role in York, PA focused on driver satisfaction, dependable equipment, and efficient logistics.

What you'll do:

Manage flatbed freight: load securement, tarping, and proper distribution.
Perform diligent pre- and post-trip inspections and basic maintenance tasks.
Liaise with dispatch to plan routes and ensure timely deliveries.
Keep accurate records and comply with DOT and ELD requirements.

The position offers regional and long-haul opportunities, 24/7 support, and a pet/rider-friendly environment. Compensation is 80% of gross (typical weekly $7,500–$10,000) with a one-year lease-to-own path and a 90-day test drive.
