Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.82 Split ( when 95% service is achieved)
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.02 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights at home

Responsibilities Overview:
- Transport hazardous materials and dry van loads safely across regions
- Comply with FMCSA, DOT and company safety protocols
- Conduct pre-trip/post-trip inspections and keep precise logs
Pay is $0.77–$0.84 per mile (split) with a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Benefits include medical/dental/vision coverage, 401(k) matching, flexible PTO, safety/productivity incentives and biweekly home time.
