Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.82 Split ( when 95% service is achieved)
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.02 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights at home

- Follow federal, state, and company regulations
- Keep accurate logs and complete vehicle inspections
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and maintenance
Drive late-model trucks equipped with APUs, inverters, and sleepers. Benefit from in-house support, health coverage, PTO, and reliable home time every two weeks.
