Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.82 Split ( when 95% service is achieved)
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.02 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

- 401(k) Retirement Plan: Employer matching contributions available

What You’ll Do:
- Operate late-model dry vans (APUs, inverters, sleepers)
- Coordinate safe team handoffs to maximize productivity
- Ensure full HAZMAT compliance and freight integrity
