Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.02 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

Job Overview:
- Collaborate on point-to-point dry van and hazardous material deliveries.
- Adhere to all DOT and HazMat safety standards.
Core Duties:
- Perform detailed vehicle inspections
- Keep accurate electronic logs and delivery records
- Work with dispatch to optimize routes
Compensation & Benefits:
- $0.77–$0.84 per mile (split)
- $10,000 sign-on bonus
