Team OTR HazMat Company driver (W-2) Job in Boston, MA by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.82 Split ( when 95% service is achieved)
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.02 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

- Orientation Pay: $150

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely convey Dry Van HazMat shipments coast to coast
- Adhere strictly to DOT and company safety standards
- Maintain accurate documentation and inspection logs
Operate trucks under three years old with APUs, inverters and sleepers, backed by in-house maintenance support. Enjoy biweekly home time, competitive mileage pay including HazMat incentive, plus bonuses for safety and clean inspections. Full benefits include health, dental, vision, PTO and 401(k). Must hold a CDL A license, HazMat endorsement and one year of experience.
