Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.02 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150

Collaborate as an OTR team transporting Hazmat Dry Van shipments nationwide with HMD Trucking’s driver-centric culture.
Benefit from a 77 CPM split rate plus 2 CPM hazmat premium, averaging 5,000 miles per week and earning additional safety and referral rewards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comply with HAZMAT and FMCSA regulations
- Maintain detailed logs and inspection reports
- Execute efficient team-based deliveries
