Hazmat Company Truck Driver - Cedar Rapids, IA
Join the HMD Trucking family as we seek experienced OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to carry HAZMAT freight nationwide. We offer competitive mileage pay starting at 77 CPM Split, along with an additional 4 CPM for hazmat loads, leading to weekly mileage averages of around 5,000 miles. Bonuses for safe driving and referrals are also part of our package!
What We Provide:
- Modern trucks, less than 3 years old, equipped with APUs, inverters, and spacious sleepers.
- Dedicated in-house maintenance support.
- Home every two weeks.

Candidate Requirements:
- Valid CDL A license with Hazmat endorsement required.
- Minimum of 12 months driving experience.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.04 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Clean Inspection Bonus: $100
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home
