Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.82 Split ( when 95% service is achieved)
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.02 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights at home

Driver Duties:
- Execute safe transport of HazMat and dry van loads on OTR routes
- Maintain compliance with FMCSA, DOT and company policies
- Conduct thorough inspections and accurate ELD record keeping
Compensation ranges $0.77–$0.84 per mile (split) with a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Enjoy health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) match, flexible PTO, safety incentives and biweekly home time.
