HazMat Company Driver (W-2) - Evansville, IN
HMD Trucking is hiring experienced OTR Team CDL A Dry Van Drivers to handle HAZMAT freight across the country. We offer competitive mileage pay starting at 77 CPM Split, plus an additional 4 CPM for hazmat hauling, with weekly averages of about 5,000 miles. Bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections, and referrals are also available.
What We Provide:
- Modern trucks, under 3 years old, equipped with APUs, inverters, and comfortable sleepers.
- Dependable in-house maintenance support.
- Home every two weeks with full benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL A with minimum 12 months of driving experience required.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- +$0.04 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Clean Inspection Bonus: $100
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Detention Pay: $15 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $100 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
