Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

Heading out of Fishers, IN, you’ll join HMD’s OTR teams to deliver HAZMAT loads safely across all regions.
Benefit from 77¢/mi base at 5,000-mile weekly averages and an extra 2¢/mi for hazmat shipments.
What to Expect:
- Operate under-3-year dry van tractors fitted with APUs, inverters, and sleepers
- Partner with a teammate for compliant, safe transport under FMCSA standards
- Complete pre-trip inspections and manage accurate load documentation
