HazMat Company Driver (W-2) - Flint, MI
HMD Trucking is actively hiring experienced OTR Solo CDL A drivers to handle HAZMAT freight across the nation.
What We Provide:
- Strong mileage pay starting at 60 CPM, plus an additional 4 CPM for hazmat deliveries.
- Average weekly mileage of approximately 2,500 miles.
- Bonuses for maintaining safety standards and referrals.
- Drive modern trucks under 3 years old, equipped with APUs, inverters, and sleeper configurations.
- Dependable in-house maintenance support.
- Home every two weeks, with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.
Requirements for Applicants:
- Must have a valid CDL A license.
- At least 12 months of driving experience.

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- Hazmat endorsement
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying
Benefits
- CPM $0.60 base + $0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus
- +$0.04 CPM Split when hauling hazmat
- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home
